I absolutely love this knife, for cutting onions, for cutting zucchini, and for cutting tomatoes. Actually the thing I like the most about this knife is the design of it prevents things from sticking to the sides when cutting. And it’s razor sharp, easy to do a precision cut, and it’s a really beautiful knife. So this is one I will be highly recommending to my friends. Absolutely fantastic high-quality product.

Beautiful! It’s razor sharp, well balanced and easy to handle. I liked it so much that I ordered a set of steak/table knives that cuts through steak like it was butter! I recommend both.
Havent tried cutting with it because its super light. Im afraid if i take it to work it might take more force to cut tougher things making it hit the cutting board harder which will eventually cause it to lose sharpness quicker. At least thats my insight, but its a beautiful knife for home, wouldnt use it at work.

What an absolutely stunning knife. I purchased this for my fiancé for his father's day gift as he loves to cook but has never owned his own knives! I was hesitant at first, but based on all the incredible reviews I decided to give it a shot! So glad that I did :) the handle is so beautiful and it was insanely sharp straight out of the package - so sharp in fact that when he accidentally cut himself it dang near went straight to the bone in his finger. But also sharp enough that it healed up beautifully like an incision. I will definitely be looking at getting him the full set for Christmas! If you were on the fence about these knives, do yourself a favor and take the leap!
