JIKKO operates as part of an international group structure, with strategic management and brand development coordinated globally.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
Section 1 – Service Use

The Service contains materials and content relating to JIKKO and its products and services, including all layout, information, text, data, files, images, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, videos, logos, trademarks, trade dress, software, and other intellectual property (“Content”).
All rights, title, and interest in the Service and the Content are owned by JIKKO or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.
Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JIKKO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any Content without JIKKO’s prior written consent.
Accounts
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Keep your credentials confidential;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
Age Requirement
By using this Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.
Restrictions

JIKKO respects and upholds all applicable intellectual property laws and expects its users and partners to do the same.
All content displayed on www.jikkoknives.com — including but not limited to product images, photography, videos, text, graphics, packaging designs, and creative materials — constitutes original creations owned exclusively by JIKKO and is protected under international copyright and trademark law.

Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of our creative assets, product imagery, or brand identity is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Section 4 – Product Accuracy and Errors
We strive to ensure product information is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel orders if needed, without prior notice.
Color variations may occur due to screen displays. Product specifications, materials, or packaging may change slightly without prior notice to maintain quality and consistency.
Section 5 – Billing and Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us, including those that appear to be intended for resale. In the event of a change or cancellation, we may attempt to contact you via the email or billing address provided.
All purchases must include accurate and current payment information. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Section 6 – Third-Party Services and Links
Our Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services, platforms, or tools not owned or controlled by JIKKO. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or security. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to their own policies.
Section 7 – User Content and Submissions
When you submit any content, feedback, or materials to JIKKO (“Submissions”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing or operational purposes.
You represent that your Submissions do not infringe upon any third-party rights and agree to indemnify JIKKO for any claims arising from your submissions.
Section 8 – Warranty Disclaimer
The Service and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” JIKKO makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. All knives and tools must be used responsibly and as intended. Improper handling or use voids any applicable warranty.
Section 9 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JIKKO, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- The use or inability to use our Service or products;
- Errors, delays, or interruptions in Service;
- Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance by the customer.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that caused the claim.
Section 10 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JIKKO and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Service or products, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
Section 11 – Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Section 12 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
The JIKKO brand is owned and operated under the corporate group GENCO GESTION FZE LLC, which oversees the brand’s international intellectual property and licensing framework.
Section 12bis – Legal Status Notice
This website operates through a U.S.-based distribution structure managed by JIKKO Retail LLC for operational and logistical purposes.
Strategic management, brand ownership, and overall business direction are conducted outside of the United States. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a permanent establishment, tax nexus, or effectively connected trade or business for any non-U.S. person or entity associated with the JIKKO brand.
Section 13 – International Users
The Service may be accessed from different countries, and JIKKO makes no representation that its content or features are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction.
Users accessing the Service from outside the intended market are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Section 14 – Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt an informal resolution by contacting support@jikkoknives.com within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration before the DIAC, conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any competent court. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The results obtained from the use of the Service are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.
Section 16 – UGC Content and Likeness Authorization
By tagging, posting, or submitting content featuring JIKKO products, you grant JIKKO and its partners a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Section 17 – Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Section 17bis – Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any Additional Terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and JIKKO concerning the Service.
