Thank you for shopping with JIKKO. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing directly from www.jikkoknives.com.
All orders are handled through a network of professional fulfillment centers based in the United States, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the country.
Section 1 – Shipping Coverage
www.jikkoknives.com currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are fulfilled through independent U.S. warehouses, with our primary fulfillment center located at:

Fulfillment operations at this facility are administered by our partner logistics provider, IZZO PELLI COMPANY LLC, which oversees inventory management, packaging, and carrier coordination on behalf of JIKKO.
Section 2 – Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day;
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.
Section 3 – Delivery Times
We work with trusted national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or regional factors.
Section 4 – Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and chosen shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the continental U.S.
Section 6 – Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, contact us immediately at support@jikkoknives.com. We will assist in coordinating a resolution with our fulfillment partners.
Section 7 – Holiday & Seasonal Shipping
During busy periods (e.g., holidays or promotional campaigns), please allow additional time for order fulfillment and delivery.
We recommend placing holiday gift orders in advance to avoid delays.
Section 8 – Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations may only be possible before the order enters fulfillment.
