The set was packaged very well. I ordered two and the packaging kept the two boxes from damaging one another. The knife box was vey nice. It is a beautiful way of presenting this set as a gift. The knives were very sturdy. I could tell they were made from good materials from the heafty weight. Their beauty was excellent and they are VERY sharp. They are as advertised. The stand was surprisingly sturdy as well. The peices were each made from quality materials and were easy to assemble with the bolts and the little hex tool that were included. I am very pleased. I will be proud to give the second set to my loving daughter-in-law. I may have to buy another one as a gift also.

The knives came in a beautiful box, well packaged so they didn't get dinged up or anything during shipping. They came in super sharp and polished, absolutely gorgeous. The magnets hold the knives securely onto the block, but is precarious if you need to move it, because the knives are super sharp and there are lots of places to potentially bump the blades. Anyway, we are very happy.
